It has been such a long time since Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began. Those few who said that the war would be long and agonising and that the ones with the most resilience and patience would win, have proved to be right. That is why we are determined to be resilient and patient. This is a brief account of what Baltic Restaurants has done and will continue to do to help those who have suffered from the war in Ukraine and those who continue to defend Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2022, at the request of doctors, we purchased a state-of-the-art instrument for war trauma surgery and sent it to microsurgeons who are volunteering in Ukraine to help save the lives and health of injured soldiers and civilians. We reassigned the company\u2019s cargo van and car to an association, which collects and transports humanitarian aid for Ukrainian civilians and soldiers. We organise various campaigns in Chat, Restart, Noonbox and Daily, where we donate the funds we raise to foundation of support of Ukraine. We provide free lunches to people working for Ukrainian aid organisations. We also help in other ways, such as making payments to various programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The total amount of support since February 2022 is close to 1 million euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We continue to support Ukraine\u2019s fight for freedom, and we invite you to do the same. Thank you if you are already doing so. Because the only way to stop the war is for Ukraine to win.
